Cohen Managing Director
A carpenter by trade, Cohen has been working in the building industry since 2007, educating himself through personal projects as well as contracting for various companies over the years. With an interest in building from a young age, Cohen followed his passion and completed his building licence in 2013. Over time, he made the decision to move away from hands-on carpentry and learn more about managing projects, working as a site supervisor for large and small volume builders. In 2020, Cohen decided he was ready to take the plunge and established his own successful building company: Golden Bee Homes.
Emily Marketing and Administration
Cohen’s wife Emily is his right-hand woman at Golden Bee Homes, covering marketing and administration for the business by day, as well as raising their two beautiful children. Emily has a background in teaching, a bachelor’s degree in journalism, is experienced in the Real Estate sector, and thoroughly enjoys being involved in the design stages of a new Golden Bee build. “Watching an empty block of land transform into a beautiful home which will be cherished for many years is exciting, especially during the hand-over stage once a build is complete.”
