What are your current build times?
We are currently completing our single story, standard designs in less than 8 months. Our focus on build time reliability means we value your time as much as you do. We’ve streamlined our construction process and have an outstanding track record of completing projects within the agreed timeline.
Do you have a completed house that we can have a look at?
Currently we don’t have a display home available for viewing. However, we’re focused on providing service by sharing detailed portfolios of our past projects, including photos, client testimonials and references. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is reflected in the work we’ve completed.

What is the difference between building with Golden Bee Homes and other builders?

Where do you build new homes?
Although we build in many of Brisbane’s greater suburbs, our main building corridor is Ipswich, Logan, and surrounding areas. We mainly operate and build in Ripley, White Rock, Bundamba, Redbank, Greenbank, South Maclean, Flagstone, Yarrabilba, Beenleigh, Logan Reserve, Park Ridge and Chambers Flat. We have great working relationships with many local developers in these areas with many of our home designs crafted to suit their new land releases.
How much does it cost to build a new home?
If you’re considering a new home for investment or family living, understanding the cost is crucial in your decision and planning process. The size of the home and level of inclusions play a huge factor in the overall build cost. At Golden Bee Homes, we have new home build packages available from just over $300K.
Do you have a list of standard inclusions?
Here at Golden Bee Homes, our baseline home inclusions are much more than just the standard range. Every item from our premium inclusions has been exclusively chosen to showcase quality products for an affordable price. We build every home to exceed your expectations.
Will I be kept up to date during the build process?
Yes – We have invested in technology that creates clear communication with all our clients including site updates and photos. We also offer guided walkthroughs along the way which provides knowledge, confidence, and excitement for all our clients.
How soon can you start building on my land?
From initial acceptance of our preliminary work agreement, we can generally be onsite within 8 weeks, providing all documentation has been completed.
What type of contract do you provide?
Golden Bee Homes offers a Housing Industry Association (HIA) contract. It is one of the most commonly used building contracts in Australia as it provides a plain English building contract that complies with laws governing residential construction in Queensland.
What construction guarantees and warranties do you offer?
We understand that your home is the biggest investment you make in life—not just financially, but emotionally too. That’s why we ensure every build bears the guarantee of outstanding craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality materials which will stand the test of time.
When you build with Golden Bee Homes, you’ll enjoy total peace of mind knowing that you are covered by the Builders Statutory Warranty.
On top of this, Golden Bee Homes also offers a 12-month maintenance period. Our dedicated Warranty and Maintenance team will assist with any concerns that may arise.
Do you offer full fixed price contracts?
Yes – We can provide upfront fixed price contracts so you can rest assured that there won’t be any extra fees involved along the way.
Can you assist with Government Grants?
Yes, Golden Bee Homes can assist you with information required for applying for various Government grants including the QLD First Home Owners Grant. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to submit the application through their approved bank, lending institution or with the Office of State Revenue.
